Service was top drawer - the lady that looked after us was super attentive, however £7.50 for a stumpy can of their own IPA I think is a little on the high side. Would recommend but not sure we would return.

Incredible food and service. Very nice touch was when one of our party asked for some broccoli which wasn't on the menu and the staff went to the shop and prepared us some anyway

Best steak I’ve had, couldn’t recommend here enough. Ordered the chateaubriand with fries, creamed spinach and mash with bone marrow gravy. Everything was 10/10 and the staff were really attentive.

This is the perfect place for a special occasion, we came here for our 10 year anniversary. It's quite costly but the level of food, drink and service are all fantastic. The servers are lovely and professional. The chateaubriand was INCREDIBLE, so was the short rib mac and cheese. I particularly loved the melon cocktail, probably my favourite cocktail I've ever had. I had my first negroni here too which was delicious 😋 no complaints at all.

I can’t say it was the best steak I have eaten. But can say it was one of the most expensive one. The waiting time was also so long.

Just absolutely brilliant. Service is outstanding. Every member of the team welcomes you and are just so attentive. We went for Sunday lunch which is one of the best we have had. The cocktail given to our daughter for her 21st was also a lovely touch. Well done for such an amazing experience

Mediocre and unispired. Sunday lunch was less than ordinary. The good aspects included good quality meat for the Sunday Roast Beef, and a tasty gravy. The vegetables were disappointing. Carrots and cabbage were lacking any kind of inspiration/appeal and the roast potatoes, although crisp, were also very dry, indicating they had been kept warm for too long. Desserts were good. The wine was good (Argentinian Malbec) but too expensive (£17.00 for 175ml). Service, as usual was very good. The ambience was a little 'fraught', with a large gaggle of girls determined to 'out shout' each other. Beyond the control of the restaurant staff admittedly, but then again, If I can be told, 'really sorry but we're going to need your table in five minutes', it shouldn't be considered unacceptable to have a word with a noisy table? I'll be back, but probably on a Monday, with my own bottle for the very good value BYO offer. And until I can find somewhere to match the quality of my own lunch, I'll be avoiding eating out on Sundays.

Went few weeks ago. Good place to have nice dinner. Had ribeyes and the sommelier choice very tasty wine to go well the meat. Good, busy atmosphere around. Fast service. Definitely I’ll go back!

Amazing. We got there early and they seated us early. The food was amazing. And the service was so, so great. We were very well looked after. My only issue was the starter. I had lobster and even though it was delicious, I got, at most 3 mouthfuls from it. And it was charged by the 100g so not cheap! Glad it was a starter and not the main. Everything else was fabulous!

The food is really good but the service is better. I've been to Hawksmoor twice and had the scallops both times and they are the stuff of dreams. Also if you're lucky enough not to be allergic to peanuts you really have to try the peanut shortbread.
